Control Panel Features

Email administrators and private-label resellers have several levels of control over email domains, accounts, and feature settings—all controlled through the administrative control panel. Also, private-label resellers are able to offer their customers a control panel that is branded with the partner's logo and "look and feel," allowing them to offer their customers administrative access without revealing the outsourcing relationship. Email administrators can use the control panel to do the following:

Create and manage email accounts and aliases
Set up mail forwarding and vacation auto-responder messages
Adjust allocatable storage space on a per user basis
Manage alias assignments for a specific mailbox
Send email announcements to all users
Set up full-mailbox notification messages
Allocate storage blocks on a per domain and per user basis
Modify and reset usernames and passwords
Retrieve forgotten passwords
View current email account lists, sign up data, and login activity by domain
View user statistics, such as forwarding settings, login dates, and aliases
View system statistics, such as number of blocked spam, and virus messages
Configure spam sensitivity, cleanup, and Safe List settings
Add domains or email addresses to the Safe List or Blacklist
Subscribe users to specific RSS feeds
Restrict users from accessing the RSS reader
Create and manage company directories
Create and manage email administrators
Restrict or allow simultaneous logins by a specific administrator
Require an administrator to log in to the control panel from a specific IP (or IPs)
Request upgrades and manage account information
View and download support information
Submit upgrade requests for mailboxes and storage space
Request help from a Support Specialist
Receive product updates and service maintenance schedules
Update customer information, billing options, and payment intervals

Private-label webmail administrators can use the control panel to do the following:
Modify webmail interface designs (fonts, colors, HTML)
Customize the webmail login page
Re-direct login and logout pages for webmail user sessions
Format welcome messages for new users per domain
Create taglines, which will be included at the bottom of all messages sent from within webmail
Turn the online webmail help feature on or off

Replace the default support content with your company's support information and documentation

Please note: Private-label webmail sites are optional and available for an additional fee of $150 upfront and $100 per year to cover the annual SSL certificate renewal fee.

Create and manage client accounts and email domains
Transfer a domain from one client to another
Assign mailbox storage sizes
